PARKING:

You can access off street parking via the driveway next to Vivienne Cate at 6A High Street.  There is space for two cars on site.  Please ensure you exit the property in a forward direction over the footpath.  

ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:

You will be sent a four-digit PIN code via text message/email on the morning of your arrival. 

This code will be valid for the duration of your stay.  Simply enter the code into the keypad.  The "unlock" icon will display blue as the lock is opening.  To lock the door whilst you are in residence simply turn the latch on the inside of the door.  To lock the door when you exit simply press the "lock" icon in the bottom right corner of the keypad. 

BIKE STORE:

Access to the bike store is via a key.  You will find the key located in the kitchen cutlery drawer.  Simply turn the key all the way to the left and then press on the white part of the lock (all the way in) to open the door. To lock simply turn the key to the right. Please take care to return the bike store key to the drawer on your departure. 

HEATING & COOLING:

Miette has ducted heating and cooling throughout.  To turn the system on or off simply press the power button on the control panel located near the stairs (noting the first press activates the screen, so you may need to press twice!).
