At Miette, we want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. To help us maintain a beautiful, peaceful space for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

• No smoking indoors – Please use outdoor areas if needed and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

• Quiet enjoyment – Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

• No parties or events – Miette is designed as a calm retreat for couples, families, and small groups. If you’re planning an event please reach out prior to making a booking.

• Registered guests only – Miette caters for up to 5 guests (with the additional rollaway bed). If you have more than 5 guests please reach out prior to making a booking.

• Check-in / Check-out – Please respect the arrival (3pm) and departure (10am) times, unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner. We’ll try and accommodate changes to these times if we’re able - please reach out.

• Care for the property – Please treat furnishings and amenities with respect. Let us know if something breaks so we can fix it quickly.

• Sustainability matters to us – Please turn off lights, heating/cooling when not in use, and recycle where possible.

• Pets – Pets aren’t allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
